A new build 4 bedroom townhouse built on a 290m2 section.

The brief was to design and build an investment property that maximised the rental return and was timeless in design for long term resale and capital gain.

This was achieved by building a 175m2, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, double garage house with 100m2 living court on a 290m2 site. The house was finished to a high standard and built for around $1,500m2 in 2009.
