The subdivision of a 2 unit site and construction of a new 4 bedroom spec-house. The brief was to design and build a new townhouse that was in keeping with the neighboring bungalows on the street and complete the subdivision process for resale.

This was achieved by building a 195m2, 2 living, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, double garage house on a 375m2 rear site. The house was finished to a high standard and built for around $1,350m2 in 2007.
