Renovation of a rundown 1900’s student flat Bungalow and construction of new minor dwelling.

This project was completed for a professional property investor. The brief was to add value, add income and spend little as possible. Value was added by creating a basement internal access garage, city facing BBQ deck and new minor dwelling with separate entry. Income was improved by renovating the house into an executive rental and building the minor dwelling for a separate rental income. The project was micro-managed and all trades directly procured to build as cost effectively as possible.
