The Kawarau Falls development is a mixed use resort consisting of hotels, apartments, private residences, worker housing and associated services including spas, gyms, restaurants and cafes.

PJM’s role was a Development Manager / Client Representative for Melview Developments Ltd on the Reserve South and Reserve Central Apartment and Hotel complex’s (Project Value $40M). The total project value upon completion was estimated at $1B.
