paul miller

With more than 17 years experience, Paul is a team player who has a proven project and construction management experience is all construction industry sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, education and health.

Paul has developed a reputation for strong leadership, communication, and decision making.

These attributes, coupled with Paul’s precise attention to detail and construction knowledge, are why he is sought after to oversee complex and high risk projects. Paul has a degree in Construction Management and is a Licensed Building Practitioner (Site 3).

james parker

As an experienced architectural designer, quantity surveyor and project manager, James has worked in the New Zealand and Australian building industry for more than 35 years.

He brings a breadth and depth of experience, along with his record of risk management and cost control to the team at PJM.

James holds diplomas in quantity surveying and project management and is an Affiliate of the AIQS.

jenni frost

A talented project coordinator, Jenni brings 15 years’ experience in residential and commercial fit out projects to PJM.

Her flair for design and exceptional communication skills make her invaluable to PJM’s interior fit out and residential projects.
